Return Merchandise Policy

Unopened merchandise can be returned within 60 days of invoice date for a refund amount of the original merchandise price. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event of a coincomic.com mistake, coincomic.com will pay for return shipping charges. Merchandise may not be returned after 60 days.

Damaged or Missing Merchandise

In the event that a shipment has been damaged or is missing product, the customer is required to notify coincomic.com within seven (7) days of the date of delivery and note all damaged or missing product on the Bill of Lading where applicable. Coincomic.com will initiate the loss or damage claim, and the customer will be credited for the missing or damaged merchandise. Failure to notify coincomic.com of all damaged or missing product within seven (7) days of the date of delivery may cause the claim to be denied.
